The LONG...SLOW...progress of our kitchen remodel...

Okay, so our kitchen is far from being done.... but I would say that we are 45% done. This is what it started out as when we moved into our house in August...

Step 1: Boyd removed all of the doors, and sanded everything, and i wiped it all down, and then did 3 coats of Primer over everything (doors included) with Boyd's help.

Step 3: After finally picking the perfect hue - (Ralph Lauren- turret stair). The 3 separate coats of painting begin.... paint, wait to dry, sand a little, wipe down, paint, let dry, paint, let dry, UGH!!!

Step 4: Now for the all of the Doors! Same as the steps before, but this part takes much longer, because I have to paint each side of all of the doors with the 3 coats!!!
*UP NEXT*

Step 5: New brushed nickel handles for all of the re-attached drawers and doors!

Step 6: New stainless steel fridge and dishwasher! (stove and microwave will be next year)

Step 7: New HD Laminate Countertops installed (with our tax return $$) in this color:

Step 8: Paint walls with a nice tan/beige color, add my decorations and art.

Step 9: Add puck lighting underneath cabinets above the countertops.

Step 10: New window coverings!

*i think we can get all of this done before Fall*

*wish us luck*
