For all of the cold weather family and friends reading this...NO, we do not take for granted how lucky we are to live in Arizona and get to enjoy this *beautiful* weather. Yes it's January, Yes it's about 73 degrees outside, and Yes we spent 5 hours at the zoo last Saturday and had a lovely picnic!!! The entire time, we both kept commenting on what a beautiful and perfect day it was!
Ryeland's favorite part was the elephants because we were able to get so close to them!!!
His least favorite were the Howler Monkeys. He was actually pretty scared and he put his hands over his ears ... they are SO loud, and they seriously sound Demonic!!! yikes!
